Prabhu joins Santander from PayPal, where he was head of Product Small and Medium size businesses (SMBs) and Financial Services. As head of Consumer, he will be responsible for the auto and consumer business globally as well as Openbank.

As announced in September, Santander will become the official retail banking partner of F1 in 2025. Additionally, as a complement, it will be an official partner of Williams Racing team starting in 2025.
